Drop-shipping

Drop-shipping is possible under the following conditions:

• Delivery from the most effective warehouse according to Twistboxes conditions. Delivery time may vary due to Twistboxes delivery location. The retailer pays the shipping.
• Reducing of margin by 50% (margin in drop-shipping is 20%)
• Twistboxes stands for stock & delivery to the end customer (the retailer pays the shipping). The retailer is responsible for all communication with the customer and handles complaints and returns to our warehouse, following the retailer’s return policy and Twistboxes’ return policy (Twistboxes always has the right to refuse an unauthorized return).
