These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you (the “Customer”) place an order from us via www.twistboxes.com/se (the “Website”). Agreement is entered into in Swedish between you and Twistboxes AB, org.no. 559353-9447, Bystämmogatan 6, 725 91 Västerås (“Twistboxes”).

To shop with us, you must be 18 years. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have consent to your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the authorized person is responsible for the card.


Ordering can be done via the Website. If you have questions about how to order, please contact us. An order occurs when you press “Complete purchase”, and you then assume a payment responsibility for the ordered goods. When ordering, Twistboxes will send you an order confirmation as soon as possible. An agreement between you and Twistboxes has thus been entered into.

Please note that it may sometimes take some time before you receive an order confirmation from us. Also check your junk mail to make sure the order confirmation didn’t end up there.

Check that your order confirmation matches your order. If something is wrong or if you have any questions, please contact us directly. Remember to save your order confirmation so that you have all the information at hand if you need to contact us.

Twistboxes reserves the right to refuse or change the order in individual cases.

Prices and product information

All prices are stated in the currency of your chose. For order in EU its also including applicable VAT. Any shipping cost may be added, depending on the selected shipping option and the shipping cost defined at any time. The total cost of products and shipping is always shown in connection with payment before you send an order.

The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the item is reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

Twistboxes reserves the right to final sale of products and any information errors on the Website, for example errors in product description or technical specification and incorrect prices. In the event of any inaccuracies, Twistboxes reserves the right to correct this on an ongoing basis and without further notice.

The information on the Website is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws. Trademarks, company names, logos, product names, images, graphics, designs, product information, and other content may not be copied or used without prior  permission of Twistboxes.

Regardless of the chosen payment option, we will send documentation regarding your purchase on the Website to your email address. In collaboration with payment providers, Twistboxes offers a number of different type of payments. Twistboxes reserves the right, through the collaboration with the payment providers, not to always offer all payment options to all customers. Which payment options are offered is at all times available on the Website before the order is sent.


Twitsboxes offert shippment allmost all over the world. If you see a shipment options in your checkout, we can deliver to your destination! If not, please contact us for further information. 

The delivery time is if not specified att the checkout normally 5 working days if the item is in stock and does not need to be specially produced for the customer.

Most orders are packed the same day or the day after your order. In cases where your order contains incoming goods to the warehouse, the normal delivery time must be added to the date when the delivery is expected into the warehouse, and which is clearly communicated on the Website. Please note that all products will be sent at the same time, i.e. they will only be sent when all products in your order are available in our warehouse.

If for some reason we cannot deliver your products on time, we will contact you. You then have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge.

Unclaimed packages

For unclaimed packages, we charge the actual cost for return shipping. Not collecting your package is not the same as using the right of withdrawal. Contact us if you want to cancel your purchase.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals and complies with the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act (read more on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website). The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and begins the day after the date on which you received the delivery. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to send the product back within 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its function and characteristics. Returns can only be made if the item is sent back and received by us in essentially unchanged condition.

If you have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its function and properties, Twistboxes is entitled to a depreciation deduction for the reduction in value that occurred as a result of your handling of the product.

If the purchase is canceled before the item has had time to leave our warehouse, there will be no additional costs for you.

Reimbursement to you as a customer is usually made within 14 days from the time of acceptance of your return or your presentation of a return receipt. To return goods, please complete the return order form so that we can track your return to you. The Swedish Consumer Agency also provides a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you are welcome to use and send with the return shipment. See the Consumer Agency’s website. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.


As a customer, according to the law, you have a 3-year right to complain, counted from the day you receive the product. When you have received your order, you should immediately check that the contents are correct and that the products are fault-free. If something is wrong, you as a customer are obliged to contact Twistboxes within a reasonable time after you discover the error.

If Twistboxes deems it necessary, you need to return the product to us. We will provide prepaid waybills in these cases.

When Twistboxes has received the complained product and established that the complaint is valid, Twistboxes will compensate the Customer in accordance with current legislation. This means that the error will be rectified or a new product will be sent. If this is not possible, or if Twistboxes otherwise deems it cost-effective, a refund may instead take place.

If, on the other hand, it is established that the complaint is not valid, the goods will be sent back to you, on your behalf.

Please note that the assessment of the complaint can take up to 14 days.

Twistboxes safety guarantee

Twistboxes safety guarantee covers defects or damage affecting your Twistboxes product. This also applies to damage caused by normal wear and tear or natural discoloration of materials up to 1 (one) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Twistboxes Security Guarantee gives you specific legal rights. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a purchaser of a defective product.

Twistboxes reserves the right to:

Repair items covered by the terms of the Twistbox Safety Guarantee

Replace items when damage or defects cannot be repaired

Offer a similar product of comparable value, or refund the purchase price, if it cannot be replaced with the same model

Twistboxes safety guarantee does not cover errors due to causes beyond Twistboxes control. These include, but are not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount, or use the product or its accessories in accordance with Twistboxes written instructions, guidelines, or safety information. Damage to the user’s vehicle, electronic devices, cargo or other person or property is also not covered.

Twistboxes AB is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to us. This data is encrypted in our database. You can request an extract of, change or delete your registered data at any time by contacting via info@twistboxes.com. Your personal data will never be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

In Sweden, as a customer, you can get help from the Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens (“ARN”) for possible dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute, Thule Sweden AB always follows ARN’s recommendations.
