At Twistboxes, we design and manufacture our products to be used for years – through changing seasons, long road trips, and everyday adventures. Every Twistboxes roof box is developed with durability, safety, and longevity in mind, which is why warranty claims are rare.
Still, if something doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.
This Warranty Policy explains what’s covered, how we support you if an issue arises, and how to get in touch with us.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Depending on your country of residence, you may have legal rights relating to defective products, including repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply regardless of this warranty.
Twistboxes Limited Warranty
We warrant that Twistboxes products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended and in accordance with the provided instructions.
Warranty periods
- Twistboxes roof boxes, accessories and spare parts: 3 years from the date of purchase
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
What this warranty covers
This warranty covers defects related to:
- materials
- manufacturing
- workmanship
that occur during normal and intended use of the product.
If a covered defect arises, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
What is not covered
As with all product warranties, there are some reasonable limitations. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- normal wear and tear
- cosmetic marks that do not affect functionality
- incorrect installation or use
- failure to follow mounting, safety, or usage instructions
- accidents, misuse, or neglect
- unauthorized modifications or repairs
- use of the product for commercial or rental purposes
- damage caused by external factors beyond our control
This warranty also does not cover damage to other products or property used in combination with Twistboxes products.
How we resolve warranty cases
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Twistboxes will take responsibility for resolving the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- repair the product, or
- replace it with the same or a comparable product, or
- offer a refund if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible
Any repaired or replaced product will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping for approved warranty claims
If your warranty claim is approved, Twistboxes will cover reasonable shipping costs related to returning the defective product and sending a repaired or replacement item, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, Twistboxes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
