Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a Twistboxes product. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below.
At Twistboxes, quality is everything. If your product is damaged or defective, please consult our Twistboxes Warranty Policy for instructions regarding warranty claims, repairs, or replacements.
Return period
You may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Returned products must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- returned in the original packaging
Products handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function may be subject to a reduced refund.
Note: Smaller accessories (such as locks and spare parts) are sealed for safety reasons and cannot be tested or used without breaking the seal. Such items must be returned unopened.
How to make a return
- Contact our customer support team to request a return.
- You will receive return instructions and confirmation of the applicable return fee based on your shipping zone.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the return according to the provided instructions.
Please keep your return shipment receipt until your return has been processed.
Return shipping fees
As we offer free standard shipping on all available markets, return shipping is not free.
A return fee will be deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The fee covers return shipping and administrative handling.
Return fees by shipping zone (Twistboxes roof box):
- Sweden (Domestic): 249 SEK
- Europe (EU): 399 SEK
- Europe (Non-EU): 499 SEK
- North America (US / Canada / Mexico): 999 SEK
- Asia & Middle East: 1,199 SEK
- Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): 1,299 SEK
Return fees apply regardless of the original delivery method.
Smaller accessories
For smaller accessories and spare parts, return costs are lower and based on the actual return shipment.
The applicable return fee will be confirmed when initiating the return.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are processed within up to 14 days from the date the returned item has been received and approved.
After the refund has been issued by us, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please contact your bank directly if you have questions regarding when the refund will be posted.
Uncollected parcels
If an order is not collected from the carrier or delivery point within the specified time and is returned to us, a handling fee will be charged.
The handling fee corresponds to the applicable return fee for your shipping zone and covers return shipping and administrative costs.
For smaller items, the handling fee reflects the actual return shipping and administrative handling costs.
Delivery damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Transport damage is handled in cooperation with the carrier and does not affect your statutory or warranty rights.
