VACme-TECH Vacuum Pump

One device, two opposite jobs.
Most pumps only inflate. This one vacuums and inflates from the same body, switched with a single button. It compresses bulky soft gear like ski wear and sleeping bags down to a fraction of their original size, and it inflates the same bag into a soft air cushion when you need to pack delicate items. One tool replaces a vacuum sealer and a portable inflator.

140 grams, the size of your fist.
At 49.5 × 49.5 × 82.5 mm and 140 grams, the pump fits in a coat pocket, a glove compartment, or the corner of any bag. There's no excuse to leave it at home, which is the difference between a pump you actually use and a pump that lives in a kitchen drawer.

Fast enough that you'll actually wait for it.
A 55-litre VACme-TECH bag inflates or vacuums in roughly a minute at the pump's 200 L/min flow rate. Slow pumps get put back in the drawer after one trip. This one doesn't.

Camping light included.
A built-in light on the side of the pump runs for 5 to 15 hours on a charge, depending on brightness. Activated by holding the side button for three seconds. It's not a flashlight pretending to be a pump, or a pump pretending to be a flashlight. It's a useful second function for the hours of any trip when you're packing or unpacking in low light.

Works beyond VACme-TECH.
The pump uses a standard 7 to 9 mm valve fitting, which is the universal size for consumer inflatables. The same pump that vacuums your VACme-TECH bag also inflates camping mattresses, swim rings, beach toys, and inflatable tents. One pump for the trip, not one pump per inflatable.
