How do I get the Twistbox?

We send out the Twistbox to the delivery point you have chosen at checkout. You will receive a message from the carrier when it is available for pick -up.

We always try to have a little margin and send the Twistbox so that it arrives at least one day before the start of the rental.

If you pick up the Twistbox before the start of your rental period, it will not affect your rental period or cost. You simply get one or a few days extra!

The delivery contains a return shipping note attached. When you are finished and will return the Twistbox, pack it and the mounting accessories in the same packaging as they came in. Supplies the carton with the return shipping bill. Return it to any service point that support the carrier.

If the Twistbox is not delivered to the delivery point before the end of your rental period, we will invoice extra fees.

The fee is per extra day’s double rental cost.

Do you know if even before the rental period is over you need it longer – contact us to extend the rent at a regular price.

If we do not return the product at the end of the rental, we will invoice the cost of a new unit (at regular price) minus the cost of the rental. Once paid, the Twistbox is yours.

Absolutely! Contact us and we will try to accommodate your wishes.

For a damaged unit, we will make an assessment in each individual case. If it is clear that the damage is due to negligence (for example, a zipper being opened by force), we will invoice the lessor for the cost of the repair. However, a maximum of SEK 1,500, which is the deductible.

If the damage is due to normal wear and tear, we will not charge a fee.

If the product is stolen, we require a copy of the police report. If this cannot be proven, we will invoice the cost of one unit.

If you have time left on your rental, we can send out a replacement product.

At the moment we only deliver within Sweden.
