Before we get the ball rolling, please make sure of the following, otherwise, the product(s) will be sent back to you:
– The return is sent back to us within 30 days of order date
– The product is unused and undamaged
– All labels are still attached to the product
1. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to proceed.
2. We will return with a pre payed shipping label by e mail.
3. Print out the return label and slap it on your box.
4. Take it to the closest drop-off point.
5. We will carefully check that the product meets the requirements for an approved return. Twistboxes will refuse the return if the product does not meet the requirements for return. Alternatively, offer a depreciation allowance. In cases where this occurs, the buyer has the right to collect the product at his or hers own expense.
6. The refund will be made via the same service that you chose to make your original payment via. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
